Who We Are
A vibrant association of self-governing churches that live by the authority of Holy Scripture and identify with the spiritual heritage of the Methodist/Wesleyan tradition.
AIM is a network of independent congregations committed to Christ-centered, Bible-based Methodism, which recognizes and appreciates the local autonomy of its member churches. We are committed to strengthen one another's local ministry and create missional opportunities that bring people to saving faith, grow holy disciples of Jesus Christ, and transform communities with the values of the Kingdom of God.
Each of our member churches owns and controls its own property and calls its own pastors — our goal is neither control nor uniformity, but only unity in love.
Purpose
AIM exists to multiply holy disciples of Jesus Christ.

An expanding network of healthy churches transforming their communities — 1,000 proven churches and leaders.
Mission
- AIM works to revitalize member churches that want to be healthy and to grow.
- AIM works with member churches to create and launch new ministries and churches.
- AIM looks for other like-minded self-governing congregations to partner with AIM in accomplishing the Great Commission.
- AIM cultivates, recruits, and develops both pastoral and lay leadership for the local church.
